She is passionate about giving back to the local community and in addition to designating a portion of every commission to an area non-profit, Cassie volunteers on the board of directors at the Mahoosuc Land Trust. (Read more about giving on the philanthropy page).

Outside of work, Cassie is probably playing outdoors with her two kids Anna and Ronan, with her husband, Mark, and their dog, Posey.

Amber loves checklists. In fact, she lives for them. Her head doesn’t hit the pillow at night until every box on her day’s list has earned its checkmark. In an industry that’s always changing and deals that are always different, the high level of organization that Amber provides is essential to our sales and office operations.

A lifelong Mainer, Amber found her true love in Bethel in 2010 and has lived here ever since. She can relate to the wonderful attributes the town has to offer. Amber and her husband are here for the long haul; raising their two sons Jensen and Vincent, along with their boxer, Booker, and cat, Missy.

Amber will most likely be the person to greet you at the office, she loves taking care of people and can’t wait to meet you in person. When she’s not at work, Amber is enjoying time with her family.

Mark is happiest when he is working directly with a property owner, rental guest, or an employee. He is so committed to problem solving, improving the current situation, and planning for the future that he often takes notes during or after an important conversation so that he keeps the client’s needs top of mind as the day goes on.

With a strong background in trip planning and leading, Mark has become the guy in the group that puts everyone else first. Whether he’s leading you from Mexico to Canada along the Pacific Crest Trail or guiding you through the process of owning your first rental house, you can be sure that Mark will be happy only when you are thrilled.

Mark is Cassie’s husband so that tells you that he is a patient and easy-going guy.

If there is anyone in this world that understands and values the importance of customer service, it is Lindsay Gagnon. Prior to earning her associate broker license, Lindsay worked at the local branch of Northeast Bank in Bethel where she spent 9 years catering to her customers' needs and building her highly professional and friendly reputation which she maintains today in the real estate industry.

Those who know Lindsay on a personal level can attest to the fact that the energetic, bubbly person you see in public is the same one you get at home. Our Core Values

Genuine

We have no hidden agenda and will use our expertise to help you reach the decision or action that is consistent with your personal goals (even if it means terminating your transaction or holding off on a sale).

.

Compassionate

We will always be here to support you, even after the deal is done. When you need a referral for an electrician or a recommendation for firewood delivery, we’ve got you covered. Our service to you is how we will earn your trust.

.

Energetic

We have the opportunity to bring joy and fun into your real estate transaction and we don’t take this lightly. We understand that a little levity goes a long way in this business and we are here to deliver that.

Charitable

The best way we have found to honor our clients and our community is to not take for granted the successes and opportunities we have had through the real estate industry. A portion of every commission goes straight back to local projects and non-profits.

Innovative

We pledge to keep our service, marketing, advertising, office environment, and best practices ahead of the local market and on track with national conglomerates. We keep an eye on trends across the country and make sure we bring those back to Maine.

Driven

We are excited to get out of bed every morning and tackle new challenges and learn new things. We are committed to learning something new every single day because new knowledge fuels our fire and raises the bar.

We Give Back

We value the importance of a strong community. By giving through channels of volunteerism, monetary donations, and service, we believe that we can contribute to the common good.

Local non-profits that have been recent recipients of our donations include:

  • Christmas For Kids
  • The Bryant Pond 4-H Learning Center
  • Team Hailey Hugs
  • The Mahoosuc Land Trust
  • St. Jude's Children's Hospital
  • Kids In Need
  • Mahoosuc Search & Rescue
  • Bethel Food Pantry
  • Ellis River Riders Inc. (pictured, left)
  • ...and many more!

We give back a percentage of every closing.

We love what we do.

We live here because we love our small community and the laid-back country vibe. It's easy for each of us to relate to the "pull" that intrigues buyers about Western Maine. From the lakes to the rivers and the mountains to the valleys, it is easy to see that Mother Nature has blessed us with a recreational paradise. Come along and find your base-camp with us. Whether it's a place to crash on the weekends or a home to raise your family, we will work together to find the perfect fit.
